“Saien” is a calligraphy piece inspired by the beautiful name of Japanese footballer Zion Suzuki.
The two kanji, 彩 (color) and 艶 (grace), inspired me to create a work that celebrates a life filled with color and a heart that shines with quiet beauty.
May your life be rich with color,
and may your journey nurture a beautiful light within your heart.
This piece is dedicated with respect and appreciation for Zion Suzuki and his dedication on football’s greatest stage.
May these words from Japan also bring a little light to your own journey.
